Sailing Into Summer: Spencer's First Race and a Sweet Victory
Tenley’s kids, Bronson and Spencer, are spending their summer out on the water with the Junior Sailing program at Dana Point Yacht Club, where they're proud members and enthusiastic sailors.
Big news last month: Spencer competed in her very first regatta — and she crushed it! Racing against sailors not only from her own club but also from two neighboring clubs, she sailed her way to an impressive 3rd place overall. Needless to say, she was thrilled… and celebrated the best way a young sailor should — with a giant scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Here’s to more wind in their sails and sweet victories ahead!
Next Stop: Michigan State!
This summer also kicked off with a proud milestone for Megan’s family: her son graduated from high school and will be heading to Michigan State — her alma mater — in the fall. It’s a full-circle moment and an exciting new chapter. Go Spartans!
Megan's Fourth of July at the Lake
Megan spent the holiday at the lake with family, including a visit from her brother and sister-in-law, who came in from Chicago. It’s one of her favorite times of year — relaxed, sunny, and full of good moments. True to tradition, she added her favorite red, white, and blue touches to the weekend.
